Know How

A) Estimated time for Delivery - It takes around 6 to 7 days to reach the end-user.

B) Delivery Charges - Delivery is free of cost all over India.

C) Status of your Order - Once your order has been received and payment is confirmed,it will be on the processing status. You will receive an e-mail containing the details of your order. Details like Order ID, Order Status, Payment & Shipping address, Product & Quantity will be mentioned.

D) System requirements / configuration : Students can play lectures on Windows laptops & desktops. 

E) Platform - Windows 7, 8, 8.1, 10. Processor : Intel Core 2 Duo.  RAM : Minimum 2 GB. 

F) Software will support  and play only on Window desktops & laptops with essential audio & video drivers. Apple / Mac and other softwares are not supported.

G) Your system should be free of virus, malwares and other hindering / unwanted softwares and corrupted files. Lecturewala will not be liable or
responsible for any mishappenings if any.

H) A universal key will be given to students for a respective course so lectures can be played on one system only. Once the key registration process has been done by the student on one system, it will not be possible to play the lectures or install the content to other desktop or laptop.

I) Different lecture courses will have different Views, Validity and Duration.

J) Students will have to see video lectures only from USB provided to them and one time internet connection will be required for the registration of the provided key.
